Shipping Policy

At Oscar’s Exotics, all live plants and livestock are carefully packed to help ensure safe and healthy arrival.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and order volume.

To reduce the risk of delays, live animal orders may only ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next available shipping day to avoid unnecessary weekend transit delays.

All packages include tracking information once shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive live shipments when delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. Oscar’s Exotics is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or mishandled due to incorrect addresses or carrier-related issues after shipment.

Extreme weather conditions may result in shipping delays to help protect the health and safety of livestock. Oscar’s Exotics reserves the right to delay shipments during unsafe weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all plants and livestock ordered are legal to own and receive in their state or local area. Oscar’s Exotics is not responsible for orders confiscated, delayed, restricted, or denied due to local laws or regulations.

Due to the nature of live animals and plants, all sales are final. Order cancellations may be subject to up to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee depending on order status and preparation.
